    Hi,

    whenever I go to WooCommerce > Customers > Download, it says “Your Customers Report will be emailed to you.” but I never receive email. Upon checking debug log, I found this:

    The PHP Notice and Warning you mentioned are likely not related (since those are for the marketing page), but in order for us to get a better idea of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Have you tried isolating this issue by deactivating all plugins except the?WooCommerce and switching your theme to Storefront?

    Apologize for the delay. I tried disabling all the plugins and switching to storefront theme, still no luck. It says “Your Customers Report will be emailed to you.” and never sends email.

    @oaoyadeyi I already have the email updated. Even woocommerce status shows the report process as completed, but it never sends email. WP mail log doesn’t show any email being sent.

    Can you deactivate and re-enable WooCommerce then trigger the report again to see if that helps?
