How large is your backup?
Could you let us know what you have modified for the PHP settings below;
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size
memory_limit
max_execution_time
max_input_time

The backup is 565 mb.
php_value upload_max_filesize 2000M
php_value post_max_size 2000M
php_value max_execution_time 3000
php_value max_input_time 3000

If possible,
give me the 6.80 version, it might work well with me.
