    This looks like a false positive block caused by the Wordfence firewall.

    Can you go into Wordfence -> Firewall -> All Firewall Options, and enable Learning mode? (It’s the dropdown from Enabled to Learning Mode).

    Once the firewall is in learning mode, try your import again. If it works, then go back and switch the firewall back to enabled. The import should now be whitelisted.

    But do i need to do this everytime while importing ?

    No, it should whitelist the action going forward. I wouldn’t expect you’d have to do it more than once or twice.
