Unable to import images from Dropshipping and Fulfillment

We have installed the plugin “ALD – Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce”. But while clicking on + icon to import the items to our end we are getting error “Cannot retrieve data. Please contact us and we will help you detect and handle the problem” as in screenshot.

Please help us to resolve this issue.
