Unable to import Product categories

Is there any error in the console(Ctrl+shift+I in chrome)?

Please go to wp-content/cache/import-shopify-to-woocommerce/{your_shopify_domain}/ and tell me if there’s file categories.txt and some file like category_…txt?

There is no categories.txt or other category file.

What does it return?

It returns {“count”:0}

Ok then your product do not have any custom collections.

So its not an error?

Even though, the import is successful, I do not see the import products of my page and products tab.

Yes correct. I have 630 products to be exact. It imported successfully but none of it shown up in my shop’s grid and Products Tab in admin dashboard.

That’s weird. Please view the log, you may find something.

But my products are not showing these imported products

If product is imported successfully, WC product id can not be empty.
