Unable to import product rating

    Product reviews are imported without rating. All columns are mapped ok and imported correctly, except rating column. When editing an imported review, there is not even the option to manually select a rating.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We have tested this and are able to import reviews with star ratings.

    Can you please try creating a review manually and check if you are able to add the star rating? If yes, then please share the file you are importing with dummy data in it so that we can check it. You can share the CSV by uploading it to?Google?Drive?or WeTransfer or any similar service and sharing the link.

    Manually created review works fine.

    I exported the review and then changed a couple of options, then after importing the review star rating doesn’t work. Seems it’s reading the review as a reply…
