Unable to Import – Secret Key

  • Hello,

    I tried to import my file on my website but after it reached 100% it said that the import had failed – secret_key = “.

    Any idea what may have caused this?

    Hi Sean,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    Have you tried with the “Restore” option?
    You can upload your .wpress backup to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and then restore it by using the Backups section.
