Unable to Import – Stuck at 4%

I’ve been trying to import for a while now, but it gets stuck at 4% each time.
If I refresh, no matter how long it’s been going for, I see an error in the object-cache file in wp_content.
Please help! I’m on a VPS with GoDaddy.
