Unable to import (upload) csv file

    I need to import multiple products from an ETSY store. I have the csv file. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload the file.

    No error messages comes. The file just does not get attached.
    I had imported the same file once before, it worked fine. Unfortunately now its not working.

    I tried disabling all the plugins and I clean installed WordPress with only woo commerce. Still doesn’t work.

    Converted the CSV to TXT file still did not work.

    What could be the reason?
