Unable to import “Vlogger” page template

    I have an in-development site currently and I wanted to use the “Vlogger – Home” page template for a one-off page on the site. However, within Template Kits when I click “Import Home Template” for that page template, the button will change to a spinning wheel with “Importing…” and make no progress for several hours.

    As a test, I tried importing the “Day Care Services – About” page template and that worked just fine, so it may be an issue specifically with the Vlogger template.

    I’ve re-synced the library with the button in the top corner of the Template Kits page and tried the Vlogger page template again, but no luck.

    edit: “The Sierra Nature – Home” page template is having the same issue for me.

    Hi @cyriljohnston,

    I just tried importing the templates you failed importing, and I had no problem with both of them.

    Is this in-development site online or on your localhost? Please try to deactivate all of the plugins installed on your site and leave this one. See if it does the trick.

    Hi, thanks for the response!

    I just tried it again when working from home on a different network and it worked just fine, so it may have been a connection or firewall issue at the time.
