Unable to insert image into post

  • I’m unable to insert image through add media, I have reinstall WordPress, disable all Plugin and switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and still unable to insert any images.

    Not error on Chrome Dev Tools Console as well.

  • Are you getting any specific error messages?

    Other than using your FTP to upload files to the wp-content/uploads/*year*17/*month*07 folders – This issue is most commonly caused by wrong file permissions. Your uploads directory should have correct file permissions otherwise WordPress will not be able to store your files in it or sometimes may not even display files from the upload directory.

    I tried that. And I also uploaded from WordPress image library itself.

    It doesn’t work, there’s no error message.

    So basically when I add media and insert the image nothing happen.
