Unable to insert media

    Using WordPress 4.9.2 and Newsletters 4.6.7.4. When editing a newsletter, attempting to add an image using the Add Media function results in a blank screen. The media manager overlay panel appears, but is completely empty. It works fine when adding media to posts or pages. What could be wrong?

    This is a known issue/conflict and will happen specifically when you have the Jetpack plugin active. If you deactivate Jetpack, the problem goes away. It’s not Jetpack’s fault, it is just a conflict of the same libraries being used on that page.

    We fixed this in our latest development already and will release an update shortly. If you need a development version urgently, please send a ticket through: https://tribulant.com/support/ and we’ll give you a ZIP.

    Thanks so much. I have confirmed the bug by temporarily deactivating the jetpack plugin. The problem indeed goes away. We obviously need jetpack, so I re-enabled it. Please send along the zip as soon as you can.

    Yess, same problem here. Will disable Jetpack for the time being.
