Unable to Insert Media into Posts WP 3.4

  • I am fairly new to WordPress and recently updated to 3.4 and know I can’t insert media into Posts. I am using Window XP & IE 8.0.6001. Unfortunately, upgrading these will not be possible.

    When I am in the Edit Post page, the “visual” tab is grayed out. and I get a page error:
