I have installed, uninstalled, deleted, reinstalled on several sites, but CloudFlare just spins and spins.

I enter email address and API, and click Save API Credentials.
When I do that, the CloudFlare WP plugin “blinks” (refreshes??) and I see the Home/Settings/Analytics buttons, BUT the request to enter email address and API key are also still on the page.

If I click to another WP page, then back to Settings->CloudFlare, I get the dreaded spinner underneath the three icons, and nothing ever loads.

    WordPress 4.7.2
PHP 7.0 with opcache and Error Logging & Error Display ON (No error_log is generated, no errors go to browser)
Apache 2.4 with mod_cloudflare and LetsEncrypt (not using SSL for any CloudFlare sites)
WHM 60 cPanel on CentOS 7.3 64 bit

    Other enabled plugins:
    Akismet
    Companion Auto Update
    Disable Comments
    EWWW Image Optimizer
    Imsanity
    WP-DBManager
