Unable to UN-Install – Terrible Support – DO NOT USE

  • This is a terrible plugin. Very hard to control where ads will display. Breaks most design themes and impossible to uninstall like ALL the other comments has said. We’ve had an easier time removing viruses and spamware.

    To top it off, support is slow and condescending – You must be an idiot replies from them, because our plugin is perfect and you’re an idiot which is why it doesn’t work for you.

    With so many other plugins for Adsense available, DO NOT CHOOSE this one from Websoft. Actually, I would question any product service or app from this company “BestWebSoft.

    Our plugin does not make any changes to any templates or functions of other plugins/themes. It simply adds the code to display ads on the go. Hence, our plugin cannot display ads after being deleted.

    Gee thanks, glad I took the time to even bother.

    If you read our request we said IT DOES NOT GO AWAY EVEN WHEN REMOVED via FTP.
    Our assumption was that MAYBE it had to do with code insertion elsewhere.

    I will be certain to provide as many reviews as possible in as many places as possible. Not that I need to add to the pile of terrible reviews about your problematic plugin with no support. But it will at least make sure nobody else has to deal with the hassle from installing your plugin or dealing with support.

    If you’d like to point out again, our plugin does not make any changes to the themes and plugins code. If you are sure that the ads are displayed with the help of our plugin that was deleted, we kindly ask you to provide a link to the page, on which this occurs, and we will examine it by ourselves.
