Unable to install Jetpack VP to my WordPress org website

    Hello,

    I keep getting errors when tryint to install Jetpack VP I have just purchased for a year (username blahdy1).

    When I am in my WP website admin I get this message “An error occurred. Please try again.” when trying to connect my user account which seems to be required.

    any idea what to do please?

    Could you please post your site URL here so we can look? It seems like you don’t have any Jetpack site connected to your account, so we need to establish a working connection with Jetpack to tie up the plan.
