    @oscargare Hosting support said GeoIP PHP module cannot be installed on their shared servers, I use SiteGround by the way.

    Hi,
    the GeoIP database update is a WooCommerce function.
    If for some reason, WooCommerce can’t download the database you must to upload the MaxMind GeoIP to your server manually, read more here
