Unable to install or activate

    I’m working on a clients website and attempting to install wp migration. When I search for the plugin within the admin, it displays a grayed-out “activate” button. However it’s NOT installed. So in other words I can not install nor activate.

    Has anyone else encountered this?

    Hi

    You need to be logged as admin in order to install/uninstall/activate/deactive plugins. It could be also a problem with browser incompatibility. Can you try with another browser Firefox/Chrome?

    I did have admin access. The problem went away but I’m not sure what caused it.
