Unable to install the Exchange

I am unable to install this plugin. It gives me error – Could not create directory. ithemes-exchange/core-addons/admin/guest-checkout/lib/templates/content-checkout/elements/purchase-requirements/guest-checkout/elements. Any idea what could be wrong?
