unable to install updraft

    I’m trying to install updraft but get the following error:

    Installation failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    any ideas why this is and what I can do please?

    This means that when your WordPress installs downloads the zip (or when you downloaded the zip manually, if you did it that way), it’s failing. The best thing to do is just try again. (It’s certain that the zip itself is not corrupt, as then everybody would be having the same problem).
