Unable to install Watson Conversation plugin

    I have downloaded wordpress-4.9.5 but getting following error when I am trying to install from wp-admin-
    “WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.”
    Do I need to install PHP and MYSQL as pre-requisites?
    I am not aware of which server is this talking about.

    I want the Watson Conversation plugin to be installed on self-hosted WordPress installations not on WordPress.com.
    Kindly help me out.

    Hi,

    Is your WordPress site working without the plugin? WordPress requires PHP and MySQL to be installed before it can run.

    Yes, the website works great without IBM plug-in.
    I also have another website on a different server from Godaddy has the same problem.
