Unable to install WooCommerce Plugin on WordPress

I am using ProFreeHost Hosting service. And I installed the latest WordPress version 6.4.3 onto my cPanel. Then I went over to WordPress Admin and started setting up my website. First I installed Astra theme latest version and Installed Starter Templates Plugin latest version, then I installed WooCommerce Plugin and clicked on activate. ( I deleted all other Plugins that were by default on the installed plugins section ) It took me to an interface where it told me to click on the button marked ” Set up your Store “. I clicked the button and nothing happened. Then I clicked the skip button provided on the interface but still nothing happened. It was as if the buttons were dead or not responding. I tried deactivating and deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, but still nothing happened.

Earlier also I have created many websites with WordPress with WooCommerce Plugin but never faced this issue.
