    I have followed the process from Word Press to integrate with Facebook. I followed the steps. It gets to the point “Submit for Review” then then next page is “Something went wrong”. Can you help resolve this.

    I went to the URL above https://woocommerce.com/start/ and created an account. My username is traceymareephotography. I did this a few days ago. The password that I have entered is incorrect so I clicked Forgot Password and I do not receive any emails to reset it. Can you confirm what email address is associates with this username.

    I’ve had a look and there is no account on WooCommerce.com under the username traceymareephotography currently in place.

    I’d suggest trying to set it up again.

    I tried setting it up again already and it said the account already existed.

    I believe that you might actually be referring to the WordPress.com username instead.

    We are not able to confirm the email for that account as that is a public forum and we need to keep our user’s privacy.

    Still, I believe that you might be using the wrong email address for your WooCommerce.com account.

    In this case, my recommendation would be for you to try creating a new account.

    If you want to keep the same account, an option would be to use our account recovery channels: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    Please keep in mind that the login details for www.ads-software.com and WordPress.com/WooCommerce.com are not the same.

    TODAY – I went to the URL above https://woocommerce.com/start/ and attempted to creat an account. with username is traceymareephotography. It said that the username already existed.

    I’ve been able to track down your traceymareephotography WordPress.com account and approved the connection to WooCommerce.com.

    You used a different email address when the account was created. I’ve sent a password reset email to your [ email deleted. Do not do that ever again ] email address.

    Please follow that password reset link and connect to WordPress.com. Then, open a new tab and browse to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support

    I have followed the reset password instructions and I still do not have an email. I have checked my junk folder.

    I have also cleared c&c just incase.

    @traceymareephotography Do not post email addresses in these very public forums. I’ve cleaned up and the plugin support folks should not have repeated that.

    Please follow that password reset link and connect to WordPress.com. Then, open a new tab and browse to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support
