Unable to internal link keywords

I have installed and activated seo smart links for my website https://www.singaporelocksmith.org/ and https://www.nicoleconsultancy.com/.

After configuration, singaporelocksmith.org works perfectly but it is not working for nicoleconsultancy.com .I have checked all the options in both websites are identical.

Appreciate if you can advise how we can tweak to get nicoleconsultancy.com working.
