    When joining the paid group, I am able to complete the payment process; however, after I am redirected back to the website, I am still not a member of the paid group. Even after waiting several days, the user in question has still not been added to the paid group. Any ideas?

    Thank you for writing to us.

    Could you please make sure if the Group type is closed or open. For the closed group, the administrator will be required to approve the member’s request in ProfileGrid settings. You may refer to the following steps to achieve this:

    1) Login to WordPress dashboard, go to the “ProfileGrid >> Requests” menu in the dashboard.
    2) User’s request to join the closed group will be listed here. Select the user from the list and click on the “Approve” link on top.

    Group is set to be open. This issue persists regardless of the group type. Currently, the only way to add members to the paid group is to do so manually.
