    Logged in users are Unable to leave a product review as they get the following message: “The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly. Please use your browsers back button and try again.” But there is no reCAPTCHA on the form?
    When a guest leaves a review, the reCAPTCHA appears and everything works fine.
    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    If you could, please open a ticket directly with A2 Hosting support so we can better troubleshoot the issue.

    It looks like the site listed is not hosted with A2, and the recaptcha code on the page is not what the A2 Optimized plugin would output.

    @mikey2222 did you ever solve this with A2? I’m an A2 hosting customer too and have this issue (“The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly. Please use your browsers back button and try again.”). What was the solution?

    @bobt333 Hey Bob, I’ve still got an open ticket with A2 Hosting. They’re still working on it, it’s to do with the A2 Optimised plugin.

    @mikey2222 Thanks… They did some troubleshooting on mine and got it working by disabling two plugins: LiteSpeed Cache and Simple Google reCaptch, but when I attempted that it didn’t work.

    @mikey2222 Try this (it worked for me)… In WP Admin go to A2 Optimized section, click “Optimization” under that, then “Security”, disable “CAPTCHA on comments and login”, click “Update” at bottom.

    @bobt333 I was trying to avoid this option to protect from spam, but I think I might do that for now until they sort it out.
