Unable to Link – Opens link window at bottom of page

  • Upgraded to WP 3.9 two weeks ago, and I have an issue I haven’t been able to figure out.

    Essentially, everything works fine for the most part, but I can’t use the linking button without it making me have to refresh the page. Just doesn’t work.

    I’ve tried changing back to 2014 theme, deactivating every plugin one by one, and deactivating them all at once. All plugins are up to date. No change.

    Browser doesn’t make a difference either.

    Anyone have any suggestions, or have run into this before?
