Unable to link sub domain to zoho

I am unable to link the subdomain https://clinic.drspine.in to Zoho CRM.

I am getting below error:

“You can connect one Zoho account to one location only. if you want to connect one Zoho account to multiple locations then please use own Zoho App for each location. If you want to disconnect from other locations then Go to accounts.zoho.in -> Sessions -> Connected Apps and remove “CRM Perks” app”

Using the same plugin I successfully linked the website https://drspine.in to Zoho but not the https://clinic.drspine.in
