Unable to link to Blog from Menu Widgets

  • I have a wordpress site with menu items:
    Home, BLOG, Make-Over, Shop and Contact Us
    All pages are working fine except for BLOG.
    Blog category has been set up and I made my first post.
    But I am unable to go to Menu Editor, there is nothing allowing me to add Blog to the Menu.

    When I go on front-end of site and choose the blog button, the page loads but with an 404 Error.

    How can I get the blog to show up on the front end under the menu.
