Unable to Load Form in Editor

Hello,

I’m not able to create any blocks for some reason. When I attempt to create a new block, the form would not load in the editor. The editor is stuck on loading (spinning wheel).

I have tried delete/re-install the plugin, deactivate all plugins, but the issue still persists.
