    When I enter the Settings page for WooCommerce, I see the message:
    “Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings settings.”
    Furthermore, the link to settings, “https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/WOOCOMMERCE_MAILCHIMP_SETTINGS_URL” is an non-existent page.
    Otherwise, the functioning of the interface with MailChimp is working correctly and MailChimp reports no errors in the API.

    1) Is this message coming from your plugin?
    2) If so, what could be causing it?

    I’m having the same issue. Anyone have a fix?

    Me too. Following.

    We’ve seen some issues with MailChimp API blocking requests they consider “suspicious”. We just published version 2.1.3 which now displays any applicable MailChimp API error on the plugin settings page.

    Please update to version 2.1.3 and check the plugin settings page for any errors.

    You may receive an error message that indicates MailChimp blocked the API request from your server. If so, the error message will also include a help link and reference number from MailChimp so you can contact them and get them to whitelist the traffic from your server.

    Hi, I’m having the same issue and I don’t see any errors listed on the plugin settings page other than this one:

    “Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings settings.”

    Where can I find the help link and reference number?

    Running version 2.1.4 and having the same issue.
    As Nicky_corri, I get no error code, just the same message Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings settings.

    Me too! Following!

    @saintsystems I sent my message through when you requested it last week. Can you confirm that you have received it?

    Hi.

    I’m seeing this too but I don’t want to add a temporary account to debug as this is a live customer site.

    If I go to the plugin’s settings everything works fine. If I change a setting and save the changes that’s when I see “Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings” even though I see the “Your settings have been saved.” message.

    Is there a common cause of this if you’ve looked into the same issue on other sites?

    Thanks

    Does this impact Mailchimp sign ups through check out? I haven’t gotten any subscriptions but I’m not sure if it’s because no one has ticked the box or because the plugin isn’t working.

    It should still be working if you had previously saved a list. If the plugin was failing on subscription, you should receive an email with the error trying to subscribe a user. @nicky_corri, I believe we received your api key for Fairina Cheng site. Is that the correct one? Or is it a different one?

    Resolved.

    I was having the same issue – “Unable to load lists from MailChimp: (). Please check your Settings settings.” So I entered MailChimp API from my another account and then re-entered the original one. Did this couple of times and the issue got resolved.

    Just wanted to know if this plugin imports existing customers to MailChimp list? I am fetching customer list for “Order Completed” event. The past completed orders didn’t get sync to MailChimp list.

    Thanks.

    I have the same problem. “Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings settings.”

    Here is the message I see in the WooCommerce error log, saying that API is failing:

    02-05-2018 @ 15:20:52 – SS_WC_MailChimp_Handler::subscribe(): MailChimp API response:
    02-05-2018 @ 15:20:52 – SS_WC_MailChimp_Handler::subscribe(): WooCommerce MailChimp subscription failed: (ss-wc-mc-api-request-error)

    Any suggestions? I feel like this may be a Mailchimp problem… but what should I tell them when I inquire?

    Hi @saintsystems sorry I missed your message! Yes I sent you the details requested a while ago. They should be the right details.
