Hi! I’m using Photonic 2.70 trying to load more than 100 albums from Google Photos. This is the case: I’m loading first 30 albums. When I click more button, loads 30 more below the first 30 albums, click more and loads 30 more again but the next time I click on the button doesn’t load more than 90 albums (I have more than 100) Always stuck in the spinning wheel!
    Is there a solution?

    My shortcode is:
    [gallery type='google' view='albums' access='all' crop_thumb='crop' columns='auto' more='Ver más' count=30 title_position='slideup-stick' main_size='1600' thumb_size='280' popup='hide' layout='square']

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I cannot access your page – it seems to be protected by a password.

Thanks for the fast reply! Yes, I know. How can I send to you this pass by private message?

There is no way to do that. Kindly remove the password protection temporarily and once I have looked at the issue you can reinstate it.

ok, the pass temporarily is: test

I am unable to enter – I get a “Bad Gateway” error.

I don’t understand, I can enter without any error.
I opened the page without password, then. Can you try again?

OK, I am able to enter now. But when I load the page I see an error saying:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 423 (Locked)

This error shows up in the JavaScript console, and is preventing the galleries from showing up. This is probably because some of your content is password-protected and other content is not.

Can you set Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Advanced → Loading Mode to “PHP”. I think you have set it to JavaScript. If you set it to PHP I can see the gallery.

Ok, I’ve done this. It’s on PHP mode.

Unfortunately, that file is required when I click on the “More” button, so while I am able to see your gallery, clicking on the More button is giving me an error. In other words, I am getting the “Locked” error when I click on “More”

Do you mean that I’m not able to use password protected page?
But now, for testing, it’s opened.
What it means that “locked” error ? it comes from wordpress or from google account?

Please refer to the following screenshot. This is coming from WordPress, not Google: https://imgur.com/a/4VXWhbO

Thanks for the screenshot. I’m looking at the console too and appears the same. But I have no idea what should I do.
I have the access-category-password plugin activated for posts, but this page of photos now doesn’t have any protected password. Anyway, in the future I’ll need to protect this page with a password, so it’s a shame that I can’t use your powerful plug-in.

I have temporarily disabled the access-category-password plugin but the error keeps appearing, so it must not be another plugin problem.

I have returned to Javascript mode, since PHP mode does not even allow me to load more. At least the JS lets me see up to 100 albums. :/

Sorry, unless that error is resolved there is no way I can see the galleries, and consequently, I am unable to help with resolving this.

Maybe this is the error that is causing the failure of the “More” button.
