Unable to load photos

    Hello,

    I am unable to load photos onto my page. It says there is a JSON error. I’m not sure why this is occurring because I have posted many photos before. Can anyone assist me?

    Are you getting json error while uploading photos through post editor? Can you share a screenshot please?

    Hi,

    try to allocate the actual problem. You can:

    1) open ‘Developer tools’ (‘Ctrl + Shift + I’ or F12 in Chrome / Firefox browser) on the page in admin where you are trying to upload an image, go to Network tab, try to upload and look what response will be on a query to: ‘*/wp-json/wp/v2/media?_locale=user*’. It should be only JSON data in {}. Possibly you will see there a message about an error.

    2) look log file on your server to see if there are an error and address of file which cause it.

    3) check ‘Tools ? Site Health’ for any issues which may accrue.
