After updating to 8.6.0, the Woocommerce status tools page gives this error: “Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function Automattic\WooCommerce\Internal\TransientFiles\as_has_scheduled_action()”

Had to roll back to 8.5.2 to fix the issue.

It seems after updating WooCommerce to 8.6.0your site is triggering the above error when navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, correct?

This is not something I am able to reproduce on my test site which uses the latest version of WooCommerce core [8.6.0]:

I’d like to take a closer look at your site current environment, and any other error being logged, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Yes, please can you share those logs with us here along with your Sites System Status Report so that we can see if there is anything helpful there that may point to what may be causing the issue with the WooCommerce → Status page.

In the meantime, the error message you’ve shared in your original post suggests that there may be a compatibility issue with your current setup or another plugin/theme conflicting with the latest version of WooCommerce core.

I’d suggest performing a full conflict test, while WooCommerce is updated to version 8.6.0, by following the steps outlined in the support guide below:

Hmm, sometimes conflicts with other plugins or themes can cause errors like these. Have you managed to perform a full conflict test yet to check if this is the case here?

In the meantime, please can you share your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment. Since updating to 8.6 breaks the WooCommerce?→?Status, you can just share the SSR when on version 8.5.2.

The only thing standing out there are outdated templates. Although they may not be directly related to the issue you encountered, it’s generally recommended to keep all templates up to date to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress.
