Unable to locate placement anchor

    I try to install that plugin to my site.

    Immediately I get this error message:

    Caught Exception: \Fragen\WP_Debugging\Settings::add_constants() – Unable to locate placement anchor.

    I use WPML

    The answer to your original question is that your wp-config.pho file has been modified from the default by removing the comment near the bottom that said,

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

    It must be present as wp-cli/wp-config-tranformer requires it.

    Those other errors are not related to this plugin. You should ask in the specific plugin forums mentioned in the errors.
