Unable to log in

The user credentials are stored in the database. Can you still access the hosting account and are you comfortable using phpMyadmin or other database management tool?

Hi, my website was created by and is hosted by a company called Net Registry. I can still access my Net Registry account.

I haven’t used a database management tool before. Could you please advise what I need to do?

Hosts usually provide a management tool, very often called cpanel.
Look under databases for phpMyadmin
Open that (you may have to log in with db credentials) and follow this:

Or use ftp:

Thank you. I can now no longer get onto Net Registry’s main page, so perhaps the issue is with Net Registry. I’ll try again later and see if I can log on. If not, I’ll try follow the information you gave me.
