Unable to log in as admin after import; redirects to dev site

    Exported a production site to my local machine for development. After changing some theme code, I exported from the development site.

    After the import to the production site, I got this pop-up: “Session expired. Please log in again. The login page will open in a new window. After logging in you can close it and return to this page.”

    The every time I try to log in to wp-admin, I am redirected to the development site. I cannot log in to the production site.

    To make matters worse, the production site is missing images and some of the links are using the URL of the development site. I have no way to access wp-admin and reverse the changes or try to re-import.
