Unable to log in – causes critical error on website

    Tried a couple of times now to reconnect intagrate wth our website but it causes a critical error to the site each time. Happens after clicking the ‘Allow’ button in the connection process. Below is the error message it provides. Hopefully it helps.

    Greetings! Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    I see that you are having an issue with our plugin. From the look of the error logs, it appears that our plugin could not connect to Instagram.

    I would like to have a closer look at this problem, would you please raise a ticket on our support platform?

    Folllowed that link and got a reply today saying that they don’t support intagrate. Was sent to another form on https://intagrate.io/support/

    It is impossible to fill in that form on the site as it requires a download of data that I cannot provide – the “settings” in intagrate does not have a download option.

    please advise what to do now.
