Unable to Log In to Dashboard

  • One of my clients sites has locked her out from the dashboard. The site is still up and running and visible on the front end by users, she just can’t login. When we go to the WP login, it just “spins” trying to login and nothing happens. She said she got an error page but I haven’t gotten that when I’ve tried.

    She did a WordPress chat and they said a file is corrupt but I have no idea how to see what that file is. I need help getting back into the site (I think I need to either delete the plug ins or the login file) but could really use some help figuring out what to do!

    Need help fast on this please! Also, not totally positive if that’s the correct version of WordPress on there but it shouldn’t be far off from that.

    Finally got the error message after waiting for it to login and in Chrome I’m getting “No data received, ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”
