Unable to log-in-to my dashboard because of url change

Hi. I’m a newbie to wordpress and I was playing around trying to fix some things and I messed with the wrong thing. Our companies site is https://www.diabetesinc.com. We are using wordpress to add additonal information. While playing around trying to figure things out I screwed up royally and our host told my boss it looks like someone hijacked our page, but they don’t know how to fix it. This is where I used to go to login into dashboard: https://www.diabetesinc.com/articles/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.diabetesinc.com%2Farticles%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
When I go there now it directs me to this: https://www.diabetesinc.com/diabetesstoreeducation/wp-login.php
I see my mistake, but can I get back into wordpress to change diabetesstoreeducation back to articles.
