Please help, everything has been working fine on my site and a week or two ago I was able to work on it without any problems.
Now when I try to log into my admin dashboard instead of taking me to my dashboard it is taking me to my home page with the error message: Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?
I have been told by Tsohost that it is probably a problem with a plugin update and to disable them all, then try to log in again.
    Two questions:
    1. If I can’t log in to my dashboard how can I disable them?
    2. How do I know which plugin is causing the problem?
    Thanks,
    Kevin

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for JUST you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time. See https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/ or https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ for more information.

Thank you @sterndata I have followed the steps by going into my control panel, renaming my plugins folder but still get the same message when I try to login to my dashboard.
The theme that I am using is New Store by ThemeFarmer which was chosen from a list of themes on the WordPress site and has worked well until now.
Is there a way that I can get into my dashboard without going through the sign in page? Due to COVID-19 I have not been able to work for almost 12 months, now that I can go back to work my site has developed a problem and I cannot deal with orders or update it.
If it helps I cannot access anything from the app either.
    Thank you

Had you installed a plugin that hid your login page?

Let’s also try this: Via FTP or the file manager app of your hosting control panel, rename the hidden file .htaccess in the root of your site to .htaccess-old and see if you can login or get past the too many redirects issue.

    Hi @sterndata,
    Thanks for your reply.
I have had a look in file manager in public_html and found that I have two .htaccess files the same they both have the same date 4th Feb 2020(times 1:58pm & 4:40pm), both the same size 397 bytes, both type text/x-generic and both with permissions 0444
    I also have .htaccess-210301212200-603d5af868b15-duplicator.bak dated 1st March 2021 9:22pm size 743 bytes type text/x-generic permissions 0644

What is in the .htaccess file? The permissions, by the way, should be 664 or 644.
