Unable to Log into the Wordfence Security Website

I currently have 3 licenses and tried to upgrade to Wordfence premium for another client, but was unable to log into your website. The login worked as normal until I entered the 2FA code and then received a response, “You need to enter a user name and password.” I reset the password twice and still received the error. I did note when I inspected the error using Chrome on the console tab, it showed a 403 error code.
