unable to Login

Hello,

I wanted to make some changes on my wordpress portfolio website but I seem to be unable to login to do that, I know it has been a long while I logged in but the “system” can’t even recognise my email or the username, while I looked up the old email with the details and the email and username are supposed to be right.

The error I get is a simple ” The username is not right, forgot your password?” and If I want to make a new password because i “forgot” the other, I get a ” There is no user registered with this email” (translation may be wrong, I get the error in my native language )

I am a little clueless about that I have to do now..
