Unable to login

    I was unable to login to my word-press Dashboard after changing the Domain URL from http:jpsboutiqueforme to https:jpsboutiqueforme under general settings WP. The Dashboard was login page was gone. I retrieved the dashboard after changing the domain URL in c-panel via the database back to http:jpsboutiforme.com. How I can login to my site dashboard, but I receive WP 404 error message:

    Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location

    I went to WP Permalink and save the settings. This did not help!
    I went back to c panel/ File Manager and located the .htaccess file to modify the file. To my surprise the file was not changed. Can you please help me retrieve my word-press site.
    All pages and WooCommerce Products are gone from the WP Dashboard.
