    After latest update, our site’s custom URL login page not working. It only shows HTML code instead of login dashboard. Please Help. We are unable to login in our sites.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.

    Are you using a login page customizer ?

    I think this issue isn’t due to WPS Hide Login because you still reach the login page with your scret slug.

    Try to deactivate every plugins except WPS Hide Login. It must be a conflict with another plugin (Security etc…).

    Hello again,

    Deactivate your login customizer renaming the folder in wp-content/plugins by FTP.

    Hi, so now login page is appearing but WordPress is showing error:
    You have exceeded the number of allowed login attempts. Please try again in 68 minutes.

    So even after few minutes/60 minutes, it still shows the same “Try again in 68 minutes.”

    Hello,

    It’s not due to WPS Hide Login.

    WPS Hide Login only removes wp-login.php and redirects wp-admin to 404. It doesn’t act on login page display and doesn’t manage any login quota.

    Check your security plugin.

    I don’t even know which plugin you’re using…

    Maybe there is a limit login attempts section.
