unable to login from plugin backend

    Hi Mohamed, Are you still facing this issue? We have resolved this problem and you should not have any problem logging in now. If the issue persists for you please create a support ticket with us.

    yes I still facing the problem,
    I can grant you distant access to my laptop using teamviewer to resolve directly the problem from my PC.

    If not, in which website should I open a support ticket?

    Problem resolved thanks to the assistance given through support system available from the backend of the plugin
    I don’t know why the plugin authors do not assist me through this official forum.

    I would like to share the solution with all the world.

    In my case, I have 2 plugins installed:
    MailChimp Forms by MailMunch
    and mailmunch plugin

    The solution consist in keeping one of them not both of them.
