unable to login in wordpress after resolving mysql xampp issue

  • getting window to install wordpress again after resolving the issue of database mysql in xampp. when tries doing that it states that user already exists and provides the login details but unable to login from it and getting below error-

    Not Found
    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    Apache/2.4.54 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1p PHP/8.2.0 Server at localhost Port 80

    Are you able to spin up a fresh WordPress install and then create/select a new database to see it it helps?
