    Hey @ariban99,

Thank you for reaching out! Please follow our documentation article on this subject, here: https://slicewp.com/docs/affiliates-cannot-log-into-their-account/

If you’re still facing issues even after implementing the solutions described in the article, please let me know.

    Thank you and best wishes,

we follows the documentation, we removed the recaptcha, and we do not use any cache, we do use cloudflare and we removed teh cache from cloudflare and it still have the same issue.

however if you sign into wordpress first and then click on affiliate account, you can see the account with no issues. its only when logging into the account using wpslice login and this is only happening since your last update!

    Hey @ariban99,

Thank you for letting me know all of these details! To make sure this issue is related to SliceWP, can you please deactivate all active plugins, but SliceWP?

I’m asking about this, as we’ve made no changes to the login system in any of these past few updates.

Also, did you recently change the password for the account you’re using? If so, are you using any spaces in the password?

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

its a live site i cant deactivated everything.

i was able to get in by using wordpress/woocommerce login and i used your snippet to add a tab under woocommerce my account page that says affiliate area.

Is there a way to dorect all logins to wordpress instead of your login? Its only your login that has an issue

    Hey @ariban99,

Do you have a staging/test site for your live site? If you do, can you please deactivate all plugins there to confirm if the issue is indeed solely from SliceWP?

If you don’t, can you please enable the “System Status” feature from SliceWP > Settings > Tools (tab) and send over the system status? It lists all of your active plugins. I’d like to try and replicate your setup and see what can be conflicting.

Also, considering that this forum is public, if you believe that the system status contains information that you may not want to share publicly, please contact us privately via our website (here, https://slicewp.com/contact/).

As far as redirect goes, you can use the Redirection plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redirection/) or a similar plugin.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

hi, i will PM that info now.

as for the login page, is there a way that the login should reroute to woocommerce login page instead of wpslice? that would also solve my issue for now.

i see in settings the posibility to select the MY ACCOUNT page, but if someone isnt logged in, it reroutes them to WPSLICE login page which is giving the error, but not if they login using woocommerce login.

    Hey @ariban99,

I have just checked our help desk and I don’t see any message from you. Did you contact us in the end?

As far as redirect goes, you can use the Redirection plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/redirection/) or a similar plugin.

I recommend setting the redirect from the SliceWP login page to the WooCommerce My Account page. I believe this should help. However, considering that I don’t know your exact setup, I cannot be sure.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Hey @ariban99,

Happy to hear the redirect plugin works great! If you get the chance to send over the plugins list, I’d appreciate it.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai
