Unable to login to 3CX Managment Consol

  • Hi there,
    We have signed up for the annual subscription BUT now need to get Click2Talk URL to configure the plugin in WordPress Plugin. When I try to sign into the 3CX Management Console using my Extension Number and Password [I can use the same to access the 3CX Portal though] I get an error message “Incorrect Username or Password”. I don’t see any option to actually reset the password either.

    Can you please help?

    Hello @tanver

    You need to use your admin credentials that you used during the setup of the PBX. Not the credentials of your extension.
    The only way to use your extension credentials, is if your extension is assigned the permission to login on management console.
