Unable to login to admin

  • For some reason i am now unable to login to my admin section.

    I have tried to reset the password and when i click the link in the email i get “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.”

    I have also tried to change it directly in the database and get an error that it will not save the new password.

    I have 3 users and all are unable to login.

    What can i do to try and resolve this?
